Larry Shipley

LPTA, PRO Motion Performance Coach

PRO Motion Operations Manager

Larry is the Operations Manager and a Performance Coach with PRO Motion. He attended Shepherd University obtaining a Bachelor‘s degree in Fitness and Exercise Science.  He continued on to coach High School Football and manage High School strength and conditioning programs. In 2015 Larry progressed his medical training earning his Associates degree to become a Physical Therapy Assistant.  Larry continues to work in the medical field serving as a Physical Therapy Assistant with PRO Physical Therapy.

At PRO Motion Larry manages all operations and also serves as a PRO Motion performance Coach training athletes of all ages. Larry is an avid sportsman with various hunting and fishing pursuits.  His own athletic endeavors include weightlifting and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Nate Sowers

PRO Motion Performance Coach

Director of Sports Performance

Nate is the Director of Sports Performance and a Performance Coach with PRO Motion.  He attended WVU on a full athletic scholarship to play football where he was a four-year letterman and starting at safety 2009, 2010. While at WVU Nate earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from the school of medicine.  He has been personal training full time for 13 years and has been with PRO Motion since 2017.  Nate has worked in a variety of performance settings developing athletes from youth to professional levels.  He currently serves as a subject matter expert for the National Federation of Personal Training.  In his free time Nate enjoys hiking, hunting, and fishing

Eoin McAteer

CSCS, PRO Motion Performance Coach

Eoin is a Performance Coach at PRO Motion. He received his Bachelor’s degree in History from West Viriginia University. He continued on to become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and USA Weightlifting Coach training under Olympic medalists Dimitry Klokov and Ilya Ilyin as well as other elite level athletes. He has worked with athletes of all levels from youth to collegiate.  Eoin spends his free time homesteading and loves cooking, baking, and hiking.

Jenny Williams

MS, ATC

Director of PRO Motion Medical Gym

Jenny serves as Director of PRO Motion’s Medical Gym program and leads the nutrition program at PRO.  She was born and raised in West Virginia before moving on to receive her Master’s degree in Athletic Training from Shenandoah University in 2005. Her past career experience before joining the team at PRO includes serving as Athletic Trainer at Jefferson High School, as well as working within the private orthopedic practice setting.  She has also taught in the high school and collegiate education settings. Her medical background has led Jenny to focus on exercise prescription for adults with metabolic syndromes and orthopedic concerns to help them achieve their fitness and life goals.

After years of researching, developing, and preparing recipes with nutrient-rich whole foods targeted at reducing inflammation for her loved ones’ health, Jenny became a Nutritionist in 2021 and enjoys sharing her passions with her clientele.  She brings this knowledge to the nutrition program at PRO Motion to help people improve their quality of life.

In her free time Jenny enjoys family time with her husband and daughter, attending car shows with their antique vehicles, and staying active. This West Virginia native also maintains her active enrollment as a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association.

Brad Dinklocker

PT, DPT, MS, LAT, ATC, PRO Motion Performance Coach

Brad is an athletic trainer, physical therapist, and performance coach with the PRO Motion team.  He received his Bachelor’s degree in kinesiology with a focus in exercise science at Shenandoah University before entering the dual Master in Athletic Training/Doctorate of Physical Therapy program at Shenandoah University.  While in graduate school Brad completed numerous clinical rotations including rehabilitation in the clinic as well as on field coverage of sporting events. He also had the opportunity to spend nearly a year on clinical rotations at the Gulf Breeze Florida location of EXOS (formerly Athlete’s Performance) partaking in rehabilitation of professional and collegiate athletes.  While in Florida Brad also gained extensive experience working with tactical athletes rehabilitating and assisting in performance coaching of retired and active duty military from all branches as well as law enforcement.  He brings this experience to the Adult Lifestyles and Sports Performance programs here at PRO Motion with a desire to keep people in condition and training safely and pain free while progressively rehabilitating their injuries and then aiding in their return to unrestricted activity.  In his free time Brad’s exercise and sport participation include training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, weightlifting, and running.  His other interests include hiking, backpacking, gardening, cooking, shooting, and occasionally woodworking.

Jacob Manley

PRO Motion Performance Coach

Jacob is an athletic trainer, physical therapist, and performance coach with the PRO Motion team. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a focus in Sports Medicine at the University of Virginia before entering the dual Master of Science in  Athletic Training/Doctorate of Physical Therapy program at Shenandoah University.  While in graduate school at Shenandoah University Jacob also completed a Certification in Performing Arts Medicine.  His clinical rotations allowed him to work with collegiate and professional athletes at EXOS Gulf Breeze as well as spend the 2017 season working as an athletic training student intern with the Washington Commanders. He brings this experience to the Sports Performance programs here at PRO Motion with a desire to keep people in condition and training safely while progressively rehabilitating their injuries and then aiding in their return to unrestricted activity. Additionally, Jacob is an adjunct professor in Shenandoah University’s Master of Athletic Training Program and the Performing Arts Medicine Certification program.  He also provides rehabilitation and strength and conditioning services to SU’s conservatory. He is involved with strength and conditioning research for the performing arts and has spoken internationally on the subject. In his free time, Jacob’s exercise and sports participation include training for and competing in powerlifting and strongman. His other hobbies include binge-watching Netflix with his cats Meatball and Parmesan, being overly competitive at board games, baking, and podcasting.

Shane Zuiker

PT, DPT, TPI Certified, Golf Specialist, Performance Coach

Shane graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, and went on to complete his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from San Diego State University. Shane has trained Muay Thai for over 10 years, winning the World Kickboxing Association Amateur Heavyweight World Championship in 2013 located in Italy. He has also won the National Championship in the years 2013 and 2015. Shane considers himself a lifelong learner with a special interest in pain science and sports performance, earning certification as a strength and conditioning specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association in 2016. Shane is also passionate about golf and is certified by the Titleist Performance Institute to serve the golfing community’s rehabilitative and performance needs. Outside of work, Shane enjoys spending time with his friends and family, while soaking up the sun during some outdoor fun.
