PRO offers a variety of services from performance training, to consulting and educational services for the performing arts 

  • Train with a PRO coach specialized in performing arts from your home or wherever you go to get better.
  • Meet virtually and complete a movement screen and needs assessment for your performance demands.
  • A personalized program will be built based on your goals, available equipment, and needs assessment.

  • Train with a PRO coach at our facility with access to professional equipment and in-person time with your coach.
  • Your coach will meet with you to go over your goals and get an understanding of your training history. Then your coach will walk you through a movement screen and performance testing. 
  • Once the consultation is complete it is time to get to work!
  • At the PRO facility we offer both individualized training in a small group setting and personal training.

Pricing

Consultation $150

  • Video chat covering your goals, training history, issues you are dealing with, and anything else that needs to be talked about
  • Your coach will perform a visual movement screen and then give you instructions on any additional testing you need to complete.
  • Once the testing is done your coach will develop your program or program modifications and get in touch!
  • Fill out a contact form to get started!
  • Remote training requires an initial 2 month commitment due to it taking at least 8 weeks to show changes in fitness and performance. Once the first 2 months are under your belt, you can transition to monthly commitments.

Training Monthly Fee: $299

  • Personalized workouts based on your training goals and results from your consultation
  • Regular communication with your coach
  • Corrective exercises will be included based on movement screen results for injury prevention
  • Workouts will be distributed to you ranging from a programmed week at a time to a programmed month at a time
